Catholic Charities Housing Services hired ZBA Architecture to design a 67-unit permanent supportive housing facility. The building is four stories and 71,846 square feet. Appliances and other features are designed to save energy and water. Units also feature water-resistant finishes. The landscape includes drought-tolerant plants and trees and a playground is also on site.
