River Mountain Village Advanced Care Facility

Newport, Washington

Newport Hospital and Health Services commissioned ZBA Architecture to design this new, 72-bed advanced care facility in Newport, Washington. Completed in 2019, the facility consists of four distinct 'neighborhoods', each with resident rooms surrounding a common, residential-style kitchen and living area. A central core contains common spaces, including a commercial kitchen, administrative offices, tenant services, salon and mailing center.

River Mountain Village Advanced Care is designed for assisted living and advanced (enhanced) adult residential care. With both private and semi-private units, River Mountain Village Advanced care can occupy singles, couples, siblings or even best friends who wish to live together.
