Jayne Auld Manor is a 47-unit affordable housing development in northeast Spokane. The project consists of one three-story building and five duplexes. The large building fronts on Francis Ave, an east-west arterial. It contains 37 units in a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units. A community room, offices and laundry facilities are also in the building. The five duplexes are configured as three-bedroom, two-story townhouses. Each is on a separate lot as required by local zoning code. Residents of Jayne Auld Manor will share common parking, playground and community garden facilities.
