New 26,000 square foot administration and shop facility for a gas and electric utility. In addition to offices, the facility houses a line dock, crew areas, vehicle maintenance shop, parts warehousem, drive-thru and wash bays. To accommodate long, clear spans, the facility is designed as a pre-engineered metal building structure.

Natural elements such as stone veneer and wood columns, along with a smaller building scale create a friendly public image to the complex. ZBA Architecture provided design services through Design Development for the Design-Build Solicitation.
