LEED for Commercial Interiors, incorporating multiple sustainable features including:

  • Energy reduction

  • Materials re-use & recycling

  • Daylighting

  • Low-voc materials

  • Changing rooms and showers to encourage bicycle commuting

Exterior improvements included accessibility improvements, new entry vestibule, stair and canopy.
