New 22,000 square foot administration and shop facility for electric utility services. Currently under construction.

• In addition to offices, the facility houses a line dock, crew areas, vehicle maintenance shop, parts warehouse and a drive-through wash bay.

• To accommodate long, clear spans, the facility is designed as a preengineered metal building structure.

• Natural elements such as stone veneer and wood columns, along with a small building scale create a friendly public image to the complex.
