U.S. Green Building Council Certifies Pioneer Lane II Apartments LEED for Homes Platinum
April 16, 2015
OMAK, WASHINGTON – Pioneer Lane II, a 36-unit complex comprised of apartment flats for low-income families was officially certified LEED for Homes Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council.
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. Platinum Certification is the highest achievable level of certification.
