Vanhoff and King Named Principals at ZBA

Randy Vanhoff, AIA and Mark King, AIA have been named Principals of ZBA Architecture PS, joining Rod Butler, AIA in ownership. Both graduates of Washington State University, Vanhoff has been with the firm for 14 years and King has been with the firm for 6 years. The firm was formerly known as Zeck Butler Architects.

Spokane Regional Plan Center Achieves LEED Certification

ZBA ARCHITECTURE announces that the Interior Remodel for the Spokane Regional Plan Center has been awarded LEED for Commercial Interiors Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings.

Riverwalk Point II Featured in Enterprise Green Communities Promotion

August 1, 2011

Riverwalk Point II, a multi-family housing project designed by ZBA ARCHITECTURE is featured in a new promotional video by Enterprise Green Communities.  The project is a fifty-one unit, model "green" community owned by Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs (SNAP.)  Holly Martin, Property Development Coordinator at SNAP, is also featured in the video.  The Enterprise Green Communities Offset Fund helped Riverwalk Point II offset their carbon footprint and supported their efforts to bring green housing to low-income people.
