1 South Madelia Open House

1 South Madelia features 36 units of affordable housing consisting of 18 flats and 18 townhomes. It features advanced framing, Energy Star lighting and appliances, roof top solar panels along with numerous sustainable features to provide a long-lasting and environmentally friendly development. In addition, it is also ESDS certified. 

The open house welcomed Spokane community members to include the Honorable David A. Condon, Mayor of Spokane, as a guest speaker.
