ZBA Architecture teamed with CH2MHill and Garco Construction on this Design-Build project for Spokane County. It was awarded LEED Silver Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC.)
The project consists of two new buildings for Spokane County’s new Wastewater Treatment Plant:
Water Resource Center
The 5,100 sf Water Resource Center is designed as a public facility with a large conference room and public display area.
Treatment Operations Facility
The operations building is a 8,100 sf facility with offices and a chemical laboratory.
