Gas Utility Service Center

Spokane Valley, Washington

This new 74,000 SF facility replaced existing facilities that were both outdated and outgrown. The project was designed in three phases so construction would not interfere with the client’s day-to-day operations. Areas within the facility include:

  • 20,000 SF of parking garage for utility vehicles and trailers

  • 20,000 SF of warehousing space for parts and tools

  • 12,000 SF of shop space containing several overhead cranes, welding areas and a 500 SF paint booth

  • 14,000 SF Administrative area that contains individual offices, open office area, meeting rooms and a classroom

  • 1,800 SF wash bay addition to a separate, existing facility
