The new 860 square foot addition was designed to house a special bunker gear sewing room for the district along with a new exercise room for the firefighters.
The renovation portion of the project included new casework and finishes throughout the building along with required handicapped accessibility upgrades in the kitchen, bathroom and dormitory. To meet current code standards a new automatic fire sprinkler system was installed in both the residential and business areas of the building.
