The 51–unit, seven building project consists of a mix of two and three-bedroom townhouse style units, with three fully accessible flats. The buildings are constructed using SIPS panels, energy efficient windows and roofing, as well as Energy Star LED light fixtures throughout. The use of tile on the first floor and bathrooms, combined with LVT on the second floor, solid surface countertops and windowsills gives the property a modern feel, with a long durable lifespan. The project also includes a Community Building consisting of a central laundry facility, classrooms, a computer room, kitchen and large gather space for the tenant’s use. The site also offers large expanses of land, as well as a play area with equipment for children and adults.
