These townhomes provide 38 units of affordable family housing for area farmworkers. It was designed to meet the Evergreen State Development Standard and has many sustainable features like drought-tolerant landscaping, low-flow water fixtures, and high-efficiency heat pumps. Advanced framing, additional insulation and air sealing measures were used as part of a scientific approach to enhance the performance and long-term durability of the building.
